Beaudoin Marketing is first and foremost a business partner that specializes in strategic planning for marketing and communications.

We understand the issues entrepreneurs face. No wonder the majority of our clients are SMBs.

If you're a decision-maker, we offer two types of solutions:

Don’t expect different results if you keep repeating the same thing

Your marketing, sales and communications teams do a good job. But the truth is, they could do better. The problem is they're too busy trying to deliver results so they don't have time to explore and implement new ideas and innovative strategies. And that's exactly what you need to set your brand apart and win market share.

Another challenge: market conditions are evolving constantly and they can seriously jeopardize your brand position. To stand still is to retreat. And hiring a full-time senior VP of Marketing to lead you out of troubled times isn't an option. So what do you do? Simple. You rent one.

Our approaches are simple, practical and above all, highly effective.

  • Analyze tasks and organizational structure to improve efficiency.
  • Organize brainstorm sessions to identify real business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement an effective action plan.
  • Establish a monitoring system to ensure strategies are implemented.

You have clear objectives. Make sure your strategies are equally clear.

As a Manager, you have to deal with the proliferation of competitors, consumers that are reluctant to buy, changing consumer behavior, increased costs and lower margins.

To overcome these challenges, your marketing and communications strategies have to be more than relevant. They have to be effective. They have to generate measurable results so they become an investment rather than a necessary evil. Strategies have to create added value for your brand to set it apart from the competition.

How? With a simple, proven process that helps you see the forest for the trees. One that engenders a distinctive corporate positioning, while clearly identifying and activating your brand DNA. In short, you need an action plan.

  • Analyse to better grasp the issues.
  • Simplify things and make the right strategic choices.
